Senior experience, one or two days a week.

No recruitment fee, no full-time overhead, no lock-in.

Most scaling companies hit a point where the founding team has maxed out what they know. The business needs someone who's been there before: in the room for the hard decisions, not just on a quarterly call.

That's what a fractional executive is. I work with a small number of companies at a time, embedded one or two days a week, wherever you need the most leverage: strategy, product, leadership or AI.

What this is, and what it isn't

This is not consulting. I don't hand over a report and disappear. I work inside your business alongside your team: leadership meetings, product decisions, hiring, and I'm available between sessions for decisions that can't wait.

It's also not coaching in the traditional sense. No worksheets. Just honest, practical advice from someone who has built, backed and broken enough things to know what works.

What we work on

01

Product strategy and prioritisation

Cutting the roadmap to what actually matters

02

AI integration

Embedding AI tools and thinking into your team and processes

03

Leadership and hiring

Building the team for the next stage, not the current one

04

Board and investor relations

Preparing for raises and managing board dynamics

05

Go-to-market

Positioning, pricing and channel strategy

06

Company building

Structure, culture and how decisions get made

Is this for you?

You're probably a fit if:

  • You're post-seed or Series A and the team is scaling faster than the systems
  • You've hit a ceiling you can't diagnose from the inside
  • You need senior strategic input but can't justify a full-time executive hire
  • You're facing a specific turning point: an AI shift, a new market, a board challenge, an acquisition

Probably not a fit if:

  • You want validation, not challenge
  • You need people to execute, not advice
  • You're still searching for product-market fit

How it works

  1. 01A diagnostic session to find where the leverage is.
  2. 02We agree a cadence, typically one structured session a week plus availability in between.
  3. 03Month to month. No lock-in contracts. If it's not working, we stop.

Engagement terms depend on scope and time commitment. Send an enquiry and I'll come back with options.
