Most founder peer groups are networking events with a whiteboard. People pitch their wins, avoid their real problems and leave with business cards they'll never use.
This isn't that. The Startup Mastermind is a small group of experienced founders who agree to show up honestly, give real feedback and hold each other accountable to what actually matters. I curate the group and facilitate. The value comes from the people in the room.

What happens in a session
- 01Hot seat: One founder brings their biggest current challenge and gets the group's full attention.
- 02Progress check: A quick update from each member on the commitments they made last session.
- 03Deep dive: A shared challenge the group works through together.
We don't do inspirational content. We do decisions, problems and accountability.
Why small groups work
Accountability works best in small, high-trust groups where people know each other's businesses. A group that has worked together for months will give you sharper feedback than any advisor who doesn't know your numbers.
The groups that work have three things: the right people, a real structure, and a facilitator who won't let the room drift into therapy or bragging.
My role
I curate who gets in. I won't accept people who aren't serious, or who take without giving back. I facilitate each session to keep it honest and useful, and I bring my network and experience when it's relevant.
I'm not the product. The group is.

Applying
Membership is by application. I review every application personally and accept people based on fit with the group, not first come, first served. Session format, cadence and the next intake are shared with shortlisted applicants.
